Called the office this morning asking for help identifying some metal cross bars for a ceiling repair project. the gentlemen on the phone helped me; with my description he told me it was a Armstrong 24mm XL Cross Tee. i placed an order at 08:30am and they had the order ready and packed (ideally, with industrial film to protect it and in a box) for me to collect at 08:55am
The staff were very friendly and i knew he knew what he was on about.
